Cancellation Policy

We strive to assist our customers and maintain a flexible cancellation policy.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by logging into your Arbo account.
  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been processed or dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, customers must accept the order and can initiate a return if they do not wish to keep the product.
  • Cancellations are not allowed for products obtained during special occasion offers.
Return Policy
  • At Arbo, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and convenient. If you purchase a product from the Arbo website, we offer an easy return policy within 7 days from the date of the invoice, ensuring that the items you purchase are returnable at your convenience.
  • We handle thousands of shipments daily, ensuring damage-free packaging and utmost care during delivery. However, if you suspect that your package has been tampered with, please contact the Arbo team via email, WhatsApp or call and record a video while unboxing the package for verification purposes.
  • If you receive an SMS, call or email stating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the Arbo support team within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
  • All return requests are processed within 7 days from the date of the return request. For any queries or assistance related to returns, please contact Arbo Customer Support.
  • If you have purchased Arbo products from another online shopping platform, the return policy of that specific platform will apply, and Arbo's return policy will not be applicable.
  • Please note that customized products purchased by customers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Additionally, shipping charges incurred on the order will not be refunded in case of a product return.
  • If you applied a discount to your order using a coupon and later return some items, the refund amount will be adjusted to exclude the discount received. This is because returning items may reduce your total order value below the minimum required to qualify for the discount, making the discount ineligible for refund.
Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • Customers may replace a product within 7 days from the date of delivery and receive a replacement unit.
  • Replacement is permitted if the product delivered is defective or has physical damage, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • If the product is not functioning properly, a fresh replacement unit will be provided if reported within 7 days from delivery.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported to our support team via the website. The issue will be verified by the Arbo team and confirmed within 24 hours after receipt of the product.
  • If the product received does not match the site description or specifications, customers must inform the support team within 24 hours of receipt. Appropriate action will be taken after review.
  • In case of replacement, the complete product package, including all accessories, must be intact and will be picked up by a courier arranged by us.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All contents and accessories that were included with the product must be returned.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns are subject to inspection. Items not meeting these criteria may be denied a return or exchange.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the merchandise. Only unused items are eligible for return, cancellation, or in cases of out-of-stock situations.

Products Will Not Be Replaced Under The Following Circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.
  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Damage caused by electrical surges or user mishandling.
  • Products damaged as a result of incorrect installation procedures.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or abuse of the product.
  • Any harm arising from repairs or alterations performed by an unauthorized service provider.
  • Cosmetic damages, such as scratches or dents, that do not impact the product's functionality.
  • Problems stemming from regular wear and tear over time.
Delivery of Products
  • Products are Delivered from warehouses or offices across India within 7–10 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday, between 10:30 AM–7:00 PM.
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery. Responsibility for incorrect delivery details lies with the customer.
  • Any damage post-delivery is not the responsibility of Arbo.
  • Claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery and documented on the Proof of Delivery.
  • If a product is undelivered but marked as "Delivered," it must be reported within 24 hours to initiate resolution.
  • The location, distance, and logistics partners all influence delivery timeframes. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier business or postal authorities; however, we will assist you in tracking down a parcel through one of our partner couriers’ services.
Out of Stock Situations
  • If a product is out of stock, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For orders containing multiple products, the available items will be shipped, and a refund will be issued for the out-of-stock products.
  • Customers will have the option to modify their order by replacing the unavailable product with another item of equivalent or lesser value.
  • If applicable, customers may choose to pre-order the product, and the estimated restock date will be communicated.
Product Pricing
  • Prices listed are current and accurate to the best of our ability. Errors in data entry may result in order cancellation, with a full refund issued in such cases.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees. For international transactions, applicable exchange rates and charges by your bank will apply.
  • Orders are acknowledged at the price in effect at the time of invoice generation.
  • Products are subject to GST as per Indian regulations.
Security
  • All transactions are secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Payment information is processed through authorized gateways compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Credit and debit card details are not stored by Arbo.
Delivery Charges
  • Shipping charges may vary based on factors like product size, volume, and location. Charges are disclosed at checkout.
