WARRANTY POLICY
General
- Warranty for all "ARBO" products is governed by the "ARBO Warranty Terms and Conditions" listed on https://www.arbobath.com/ and in effect at the time of availing any service or support. These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Products not covered under these terms will be serviced on a chargeable basis only.
- The Customer may not assign or transfer any contracts or their associated rights and obligations without prior written consent from ARBO. Unauthorized assignments will be deemed null and void with respect to ARBO.
- ARBO plumbing fixtures are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. ARBO reserves the right to repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments if manufacturing defects are found during normal use. Installation costs are not covered under warranty.
- This warranty excludes labor charges and costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of the product. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, delays, property damage, or other related losses. ARBO assumes no liability for such damages.
- The company and its authorized service centers reserve the right to retain any part or component replaced at their discretion if a defect is identified in the product during the warranty period.
- The company reserves the right to replace the defective parts with new, functionally operative parts at its discretion.
- The company will make every effort to complete repairs at the earliest, however, it is explicitly stated that the company is not obligated to do so within a specific timeframe.
- Prior to installing the new ARBO faucet, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the existing water supply pipelines or water storage tank are thoroughly cleaned and clear of any debris, sediment, or blockages.
- Customers are advised not to dispose of reverse osmosis (RO) reject water into regular water-related products, sinks, or drains, as its high corrosivity can damage sink surfaces or waste pipes. It is recommended to discharge RO reject water directly into the drain.

- This Privacy Policy aims to inform customers about our online information practices, including the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and use of personal information, as well as the choices available regarding the collection and use of such data. By providing your personal information to the Company through this website or other means, you consent to the handling of your data as outlined in this policy.
- Content, prices, specifications, quality, and terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Following the submission of warranty claim requests by customers, the Brand reserves the right to contact them regarding any communication related to their warranty claims.
Warranty Terms
- The warranty for any product begins from the date the invoice is generated and can be claimed by providing a valid proof of purchase invoice. Customers are advised to retain the original invoice and warranty card securely. Repairs or replacements will be handled by the company’s service center or authorized service associates.
- For purchases made by apartment developers, the possession letter from the developer will suffice as proof of purchase.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- The company is not liable for damages arising from faulty installation.
- The warranty is void if installation is not performed by a qualified technician or if installation guidelines are not followed.
- The company will not bear any costs for civil or construction work during the installation of new products or repairs/replacement of existing products.
- The company is not responsible for consequential damages or expenses.
- For discontinued products, an equivalent replacement may be provided on a pro-rata basis, requiring the customer to pay the proportionate amount based on the current MRP.
- If manufacturing defects are found during normal use within the warranty period, the product/component/part will be repaired or replaced free of charge for parts. The company's decision will be final.
Warranty Not Covered
- Products improperly handled, carelessly maintained, or not maintained as per the maintenance manual are excluded from warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by rodents, pets, or force majeure events, including but not limited to disasters, acts of God, accidents, explosions, fires, floods, strikes, nuclear incidents, or governmental actions.
- Installation or repair work not following the instructions in the installation manual voids the warranty.
- Defects caused by routine wear and tear, water hardness above 500 PPM, or operating pressure exceeding specified limits are not covered under warranty.
- The warranty excludes coverage for the demonstration or installation of the purchased product.
- The warranty does not extend to any accessories external to the product.
- The warranty does not include coverage for components such as washers, rubber parts, springs, and other plastic items.
Chargeable Warranty Terms
- Products with expired warranties will be repaired or serviced on a chargeable basis, subject to the availability of spare parts. Payment must be made in advance.
- Physical damage to a product will void its warranty. Repairs or service for such products will be chargeable and at the sole discretion of ARBO.
- If a product or accessory has been handled by a third party or if the warranty seal is broken, the warranty will be void. Future repairs or services will be on a chargeable basis.
- Warranty claims outside the ARBO Warranty Terms and Conditions will not be entertained, and services will be chargeable.
- After one year, for issues other than manufacturing defects in ARBO products, standard labor and parts charges will apply, as per the company’s prevailing rates.
Applicable Government Law
- In the event of a dispute between the Company and the customer regarding the warranty, neither party shall initiate court or arbitration proceedings until they have first attempted resolution through mediation.
- All disputes arising from any Sales or Service Agreement or matters incidental thereto shall be referred to Arbitration under the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in Morbi, Gujarat, India, and only the courts in Morbi, Gujarat, shall have jurisdiction over arbitration proceedings and awards, as per the applicable law.
- In the event of any disputes, they will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morbi, Gujarat, India. While every effort is made to ensure the website operates smoothly, Arbo assumes no responsibility for temporary unavailability due to technical issues or factors beyond our control.
