Terms and Condition
All terms and conditions, including warranty, shipping, return, replacement, and refund policies, shall apply exclusively to products purchased directly from Arbo. If the product is purchased from another platform or dealer, the respective platform's or dealer's policies will govern, and Arbo's policies will not be applicable in such cases.

Terms of Acceptance
- Release of products to us is taken as acceptance of these terms.
- The customer may not assign or transfer any contracts or their associated rights and obligations without prior written consent from ARBO. Unauthorized assignments will be considered null and void with respect to ARBO.
- The customer confirms that they are the owner or representative of the owner for the device requiring repair and/or service and are duly authorized to request ARBO for repair and/or service.
- The customer acknowledges having taken all necessary precautions to prevent any loss to the product(s). ARBO shall not be held responsible for any loss to the product(s). It is the customer's responsibility to secure all premises or items before requesting repair and/or service.
- The customer confirms the accuracy of the described fault and that no additional faults are known to the best of their knowledge. ARBO shall not be held responsible for the non-servicing or non-rectification of faults not explicitly declared or identified at the time of the service request.
- Any product(s) taken for repair and/or service under warranty are repaired or serviced in accordance with ARBO's prevailing warranty terms and conditions. The decision of the accredited engineer in this matter shall be final and binding on the customer.
- Prior customer approval shall be obtained for any additional or unspecified faults or damages (including physical damage) identified during repair and/or service. Any additional time required for such repairs will be beyond the initially estimated timeframe.
- Repairs or services for out-of-warranty product(s) will be strictly chargeable. All applicable charges must be paid upfront.
- Repairs, service, and/or support for out of warranty ARBO products are subject to the availability of spare parts.
- Customers must collect their product(s) promptly upon full payment (in the case of chargeable repairs/services).
- When collecting repaired products, customers must present the original customer receipt form, receipt voucher, or job sheet issued at the time of product handover. Service centers may refuse to release products without the original receipt.
- Product(s) will be held on the customer's account for up to 10 days from the date of repair completion or customer notification, whichever is later. If the product(s) are not collected within this period, ARBO reserves the right to dispose of them, and no claims will be entertained in this regard.
- Product(s) received for repair and/or service via post, courier, or other means of transport are taken at the customer's risk. ARBO shall not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
- Any timeframe provided for repairs or service is an estimate only. While ARBO will make every effort to adhere to it, delays of up to 6–8 weeks may occur in some cases. Customers shall not be entitled to any claims for liabilities or damages due to such delays.
- ARBO reserves the right to refuse repair or service for any product(s) if the original proof of purchase is not provided.
- During the warranty period, ARBO will replace any spare parts without additional charges, however plumber fees shall be payable by the customer. Defective parts or products will be replaced with new or equivalent serviceable parts or products. Replaced or exchanged parts removed under warranty shall become the property of ARBO.
- Harsh chemicals cleaner product does not void the warranty but is not covered under the warranty, and can be repaired on a chargeable basis subject to the availability of the same spare part. (highly flammable product cleaner can only damage the colour, coating of ceramic, steel of kitchen sink, aerator of faucet.)
- The warranty shall be void if the damage to the ARBO product(s) is caused by the use of non-standard/sub-standard cleaners, ro waste water, corrosive or polluted water, excessive water dispenser etc.
Product Acceptance
- Product(s) shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the contract unless ARBO is notified in writing to the contrary within seven working days of purchase of the product(s) except ARBO official website portal sales where it is 7 days. The date of purchase will be included for calculating the above period.
Definitions
- "ARBO" refers to ARBO CERAMICS AND BATHWARE LLP, a company incorporated under the companies act, 1956, with its registered office located at survey no. 32, plot no. 17, near hotel the grand vaibhav, lakhdhirpur road, Trajpar, Morbi, Gujarat, 363642, India. The company specializes in trading, manufacturing, selling, and distributing consumer bathware and ceramics products under the brand name ARBO, along with any other products launched by ARBO in the future.
- "Customer" denotes any individual, corporate body, or legal entity, whether incorporated or not, identified in the proposal/quotation or invoice issued by ARBO CERAMICS AND BATHWARE LLP, and located within the territorial limits of the union of India.
- "Contract" signifies a legally binding agreement for the sale of products and/or services by ARBO to a customer, governed by these terms and conditions.
- "Order confirmation" refers to ARBO's formal acceptance of an order for products placed by a customer.
- "Price" indicates the cost specified in ARBO's proposal/quotation or order confirmation, with precedence given to the latter in case of any discrepancy.
- "Product(s)" encompass any item(s), device(s), or component(s) described in the order confirmation. These may include ARBO-branded products, third-party non-ARBO products, and associated service offerings.
- "Service offering(s)" represent the various service options provided by ARBO for its branded products or their components, as outlined in ARBO’s published materials, including invoices and service descriptions.
- "Third-party product(s)" refers to products and services from brands other than ARBO.
- "Eligible repairs" pertains to the repair of products that have not been tampered with or handled by unauthorized personnel.
- "Service centre" designates an ARBO service center or any authorized service partner listed under the "List of service centers" on ARBO's official website.
- "Installation" involves the process of positioning or setting up any faucet, kitchen sink, or sanitaryware product in its designated location to render it functional.
- "Carry-in warranty" denotes a warranty arrangement where the customer is responsible for bringing the product to an ARBO service centre or an authorized service center for repair/service and collecting it after completion.
Service And Technical Support
- ARBO is dedicated to delivering general service and technical support to its customers in accordance with its current service and technical support policies. The scope and extent of service and support may differ based on the specific product(s).
- ARBO reserves the right to revise its general and optional service and support programs periodically, including the terms and conditions of warranty , shipping , return and replacement , refund, care and cleaning guide line governing these programs. Service or support will be provided only after full payment for the product(s) and/or service.
- If any part(s) of a product are repaired or replaced, the warranty will continue to apply solely for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. Additionally, the time required for repairs, replacements, or transit—whether covered under warranty or not—will not be deducted from the warranty period.
Limitations And Disclaimer of Warranty/Liability
- The maximum liability of ARBO under any circumstances is strictly limited to an amount equal to the invoice amount paid by the purchaser to ARBO for the product(s).
- If, notwithstanding the aforementioned limitation, and as agreed by the purchaser herein, ARBO becomes liable for damages incurred by the purchaser in connection with this agreement, the maximum liability of ARBO shall still remain capped at an amount equal to the invoice amount paid by the purchaser to ARBO for the product(s).
- ARBO shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable or responsible, either directly or indirectly, for claims related to compensations, damages, your premises and items, or any other losses under this “limited warranty.” this includes, but is not limited to, inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, work stoppages, personal or commercial losses, or compensation for mental distress, anxiety, or any other direct or indirect losses of any kind (including personal injury or death) arising from the use of the product(s).
- (A) repairs within the warranty period will not be performed on a "Carry in" basis, in which the customer must bring the product to an ARBO service center or ARBO-authorized service partner. The warranty expressly states that the cost of bringing the product/system from its place of installation or use to the service center shall be payable by the customer.
- (B) certain product features may require the collection of the customer’s phone number or other product-related information and may depend on the product’s service provider or a third-party provider. ARBO shall not be liable if such features or functions fail to perform as per the customer’s expectations.
- Under applicable laws where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, ARBO’s liability for breach of such conditions and warranties shall be strictly limited to the liability described in clauses (A) and (B) above.
- Furthermore, ARBO will not be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for claims for compensation if the product has been exposed to moisture, dampness, extreme thermal or environmental conditions, rapid changes in such conditions, corrosion, oxidation, spillage of food or liquids, or the effects of external chemical products.
Contract Formation
- The contract shall come into existence only on a customer order being executed by ARBO.
- The product(s) sold and / or services rendered are subject to these terms and conditions only and no other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by customer shall be entertained (except as contained in any sales invoice raised by ARBO CERAMICS AND BATHWARE LLP. The customer acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the contents of and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. ARBO acknowledgment of a purchase order or its failure to object to, varying, conflicting, or additional terms and conditions in a purchase order shall not be deemed an acceptance of such terms and conditions or a waiver of the terms and conditions hereof.
